Britt and I managed to find a pub that was playing the Superbowl on Sunday- and by managed I mean went to the one we usually go to and pressure them into turning on the sound. It was an excellent game I'd have to say, and even if it wasn't how can you say that anything with Bruce Springsteen involved is bad.
Yesterday it snowed all day here. When that happens the airport shuts, schools are closed and its like apocalypse now in the streets. Everyone panicked. In all fairness the winds and stuff made it impossible to see when I was walking home, but really it couldn't have been that bad seeing as its all melted today. The news paper headlines were all dooms day and "the worst is yet to come"- fairly dramatic.
Britt and I were on the bus the other day and a drunk lady tried to get on. The bus driver got out of his booth and we were convinced he was going to deck her but it turned out he was just trying to get everyone to move buses, and didn't really care that the lady was drunk at all- just a little story nugget for you.
messages to pass on:
*Britt witnessed her first live street barf yesterday
*this weekend is Rugby 6 nations start in Edinburgh at Murrayfield right by my flat so apparently the city is going to be nutty

Hey
At the advise of your sisters I reread the comments attached to the Blog before last.
While not detecting the desperation that the other commenter did I did want to jump in with sharing the confidence they do in your continued success. That’s right I believe you are a success. Enough about that, I have to get back to writing my book. 4 interviews in the next week
can you just have a new post already?
